“After I had been researching online for how to treat my young teenager's skin as he's now developed acne on his face, shoulders and back. I had researched through various health sites including the NHS website on the best treatment I could buy over the counter. There were various different products for treatment, creams and potions and face washes under different names, and because of not having the experience before with acne, just the odd spot. I didn't know which would be the best one or ones to try. I began to have a hundred and one questions "If I buy a cream for him to put on after he's washed, what is the best soap for him to use beforehand?" "If I buy the face wash will that be enough to use if I don't buy the cream?" "Will he be able to use two different brands together or would that cause a calamity?" "What if his skin dries up as he had eczema as a baby and young child?" "If his skin does dry up what would be the best moisturiser to use with these products? if moisturiser can be used that is..." I came across Tower Health with an assortment of products that they had put together as a kit! A facewash, cleanser, cream AND a moisturiser, all familiar names from the NHS website. That was it. Everything my son needed in one kit! It was easy to order online and it arrived within a couple of days. Thank you Tower Health!”

“I followed the guidelines and used the paingone pen three times a day for ten days, but I did not notice any improvement in my knees. They are still stiff and painful when I sit down and stand up. It was worth a try. Anything is worth a try when you are in pain!”

“They have kept my money for two orders that were never fulfilled, from November and December (it is now February), and are ignoring my emails about refunding it. edit: thanks for the reply Tristan, nice to know your company responds so quickly to public criticism compared to private emails from customers requesting assistance, and yet another five days later I still haven't heard anything.”
