“I ordered and paid for a product to be delivered to Australia, only to find out later that the item could not be imported to Australia and when my refund was processed I lost $50 AUD in the exchange rate... all because of an error made by Tower Health”

“Service was excellent. Product was well packed and arrived within days of ordering. The pen does what it supposed to do and so does the cream I.E. controls and relieves pain where ever it is found on the body. Can't say more than that other than I was very pleased with the results.”

“The goods that I bought were excellent but the sale was a bit haphazard. On the 'phone, I was told that I would have to speak to a pharmacist - I was never 'phoned by this person. On the internet, I was told that I would have to answer questions but this never happened. I also received a receipt nearly a week after I received the goods and it said that my parcel was ready for dispatch!”
