The order acknowledgment indicated "48-72 hours" delivery. It wasn't until I phoned after this period that I was told the item was not in stock, but I could expect a delivery by "Tuesday". On Tuesday I finally got an email shipping advice that the order had been raised, but no delivery date. I have still not received any advice of when I will receive the item. It would have been far more customer friendly to have been told that they were out of stock when the order was acknowledged and to have been given a realistic delivery date. The whole reason for the purchase was to relieve pain and I still have not received the item which was advertised as relieving pain. Not satisfactory at all.
