“As always really easy to order from and good quality, although I received the inorrect size filter (I did order the correct size - guess just a human error in picking the order), called them up and replacement sent out immediately, arrived next day - all organised with Royal Mail to collect the wrong one at the same time as delivery - great service thanks!”

“I made my first purchase using this company recently after receiving a recommendation from my HotTub service engineer, firstly I would like to say that the value for money is second to none! I was amazed at the low prices and the good quality of the products!! I am speechless to how impressed I am with the outstanding service I have received so far!!! I feel outstanding doesn’t quite cover how good it has been and how impressed I am with how good they are!!! My first order there was a small issue so I made a call and the very lovely helpful people I spoke to were very prompt and effective and resolved the issue very quickly. I received a replacement product the very NEXT DAY!!! I have never received such a fast and positive outcome to a very small issue before! I will be recommending this company to anyone I know who has a HotTub or swimming pool! Absolutely amazing customer service!!”
