“All the chemicals bought have been exactly what I needed and delivered on time. Only comment, the thermostat is staying at the same reading since it arrived so can only assume it is broken!”

“i thought the postage and package was rather expensive considering how light and small our order was. Also the delivery was made to the porch of a neighbour 100metres away up our steep lane. then I received a photo of the parcel in the neighboursopen porch. We were in that morning and have a very loud door bell”

Hi, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our delivery charge this time. Unfortunately, as we can only use DHL to send all our chemicals out, this is what their standard charge is for postage per parcel so we have no choice on this I'm afraid. I'm also sorry that the parcel was left with one of your neighbours, and I can pass this on to them as feedback. Many thanks, Swimming Pool Chemicals

“I have been using this company for several years and no longer even look at other suppliers of swimming pool chemicals as I am happy with both the prices and the delivery times. Also important is the ready availability of someone at the company, on the phone, to advise me about various problems I am experiencing, such as cloudiness. I rarely write reviews.”
