“Your normal excellent service in terms of product and ease of ordering via your website. Sadly, the service of your delivery partner was poor. Delivery was expected Fri 27.7.18 between 9.30-10.30am, as confirmed by several texts. An email from UK Mail (?) at about 2.30pm advised delivery was to be rescheduled to Mon 30.7.18 due to insufficient address info from the sender. I spoke with someone on the contact number you provide for del issues and he was most helpful, contacted UK Mail and arranged with them that the parcel would arrive on Sat 28.7.18 It didn't, it arrived on Monday, as per their rescheduled time.( For ref. the full postal address inc postcode was as clear as it could be on the package). Just thought you should know.”

“As ever the the whole process from order to delivery was simple and hassle free. Excellent notifications before delivery and a very helpful driver (even carried the boxes through to the pool for the wife). Cant fault the service at all and witht he savings I WILL be buying my chemicals from swimmingpoolchemicals.co.uk in the future. Thanks”

“Easy ordering, fast delivery, kept informed. One major drawback - using Hermes as delivery company - had LOADS of bad experience with Hermes and as a result I do not shop from a company if I know they use Hermes.”
