“I have used your company for many years and I think you are the best. Next day delivery is brilliant and your prices are competitive. The ordering process is simple. The free gift is certainly not any incentive for me to use your site, however it is sometimes nice to get a thermometer or inflatable. The selection process for the free gift is confusing. Last time I could not find the free gifts in order to select one! That may just be me though! On the whole you should give yourselves a pat on the back.”

“I order my liquid chlorine on Friday afternoon and it arrived 08:30 the following Saturday. I still can't understand how this is possible. The chlorine container in its self is very substantial, this was then inside a sealed thick plastic bag which was inside a strong cardboard box. So the product was, not surprisingly, in good order when I received it via Yodle who's tracking system is second to none. With a service like that you can leave it to the last minute to order without fear of running out. Nice one, thanks.”
