“Problem with the chemical. The acid looked yellow / greener than normal white. The PH and Alkalinity didn't change at all. I phoned and was fobbed off about the color. I don't believe the product was correct as it should have been white. The last batch was white and worked.”

“Great pricing and fast service even in lockdown. the only improvement suggestion would be to stop using your inflateable plastic padding in the boxes, please use an alternative and save the oceans from plastic waste, after all you are a company that's purpose is to provide crystal clear water for enjoyment.”
