“The product was as advertised on your web site. I am not sure whether or not the cuffs ends to the hose were just screwed hand tight onto the corrugated hose because there was no information and I purchased connectors and cuffs again as the pipe ends are not shown. I think a small note on the web site saying cuffs included would have saved me approx ten pounds. And I should have ordered a longer length of pipe as it does need some free play to reach the extremities of the pool, but having said all that I am pleased with the quality of the products and indeed the service which I have always received from Swimming Pool Chemicals and it staff Ken foster”

“very quick delivery, we hade a bit of an issue with the delivery box damaged. I though hear we go let the battle commence. I sent an email, we got a very pleasant response back the next morning, and the replacement item was delivered the next day. this is the first place I go to every time for pool items brilliant company mr J ilott july 2020”
