“Excellent customer service. The company was recommended by a friend and I have already recommended to others. New to pool ownership, we felt it best to phone the company even though the website is very clear and helpful. An expert replied within minutes and reassured us that we should order what we thought. The starter pack came within 4 days (despite COVID logistics), well packaged and everything we need to get started. The laminated instruction sheet is so helpful. Thank you. We shall be using this company for all our chemicals in the future. Prices seem reasonable and products are well packaged and labelled.”

“After having bought an overground pool, I was clueless about how to maintain the water. I was recommended Swimming Pool Chemicals which was very informative. I purchased a Basic Pool Starter Kit which had everything I needed including a really useful laminated guide. Delivery was next day. Impressed and will recommend to others.”
