“Ordering and delivery excellent, unfortunately completely the wrong item was delivered. However after a phone call to yourselves the correct item was delivered within 36 hours. All resolved thank you.”

“The carrier was atrocious .First they said there was nobody in and had left a note When it did arrive 3 days late the driver said he could not find the house on his last visit, They lied! also said they had left a note in the box another lie”

“Driver took extra day to deliver as a lane near our house was closed. Perhaps could have tried a bit harder as another lane was 200 yards away and was open. Small point.”

“Hi Thank you for being prepared to listen to your customers. It is difficult to rate an actual product. We have to assume that iit is to the strength and purity that we orderd and would hope for What is important is feeling that your supplier will go the extra mile when you phone up about queries over products. Have good knowlede of what they are talking about and be helpfull. Reading off a prepared script is not what customers are looking for. Also offering products in a range of sizes so they can be handled easily is important as is containers that are both safe and easy to open.”

“I need your advice/help. The products are for my pool in France but this time Brittany Ferries refused to let me take them on board in my car! I have regularly transported chemicals etc but they say I need some 'special' paperwork! can you plse help? Do you - can you deliver - direct to Southern Brittany as I like you products better than I obtain locally? Regards, Roy”

“It's a waste of time entering help for the driver to locate the property and also where the safe place to leave the package is as this is often not passed on to the driver.”
