“Easy to find what you are looking for and your order arrives promptly. Plus free delivery over £65. I've used them for years. Only once there was a mix up when they sent 200g tablets instead of 20g but I made a quick phone call and the swap was made the next day. What's not to like?”

“You sent the wrong free gift and have made no attempt to correct the situation. Like it or not the free gift sets you apart from your competitors but there is little value in trading with you if you can't send the gift your customer has chosen. Yes, no doubt you do run out of stock from time to time but you should promise to send the right gift when the stock is replenished instead of fobbing the customer off with something he doesn't want.”

“Brilliant service. Not all chemicals are the same, the shock granules from this company actually work and do so fast, which is more than I can say for the shock granules I've bought from Amazon in the past. The leaf skimmer and pole are the best on the market (I run a dog swim centre and have tried dozens of different brands). Delivery is exceptionally fast. Now that I've found these guys, I won't buy my pool kit from anywhere else. Thanks, Soggydogs K9 Swim”
