“I’ve been getting my hot tub chemicals from here for 7 years. Good quality products at affordable prices. Much cheaper than buying from the hot tub stores. Orders are always delivered on time and in full, can’t fault them.”

“Submitted and paid for an order for a pool pump. The next morning i received an email from pay pal with a refund. I called swimmingpoolchemicals to ask what was happening and was told the item was not in stock. There was no email from the company to notify me, i had to call them to ask what happened to my order. This was my first order with them. I won't use this company anymore for my pool purchases.”

“Service excellent and priced well. Only improvement that I would like to see is that the chlorine tablets are in individual plastic bags, wrapped in plastic groups in a plastic bucket. Would be great to reduce this plastic and if possible return the plastic buckets for reuse. Highly recommended”
