“Genuinely outstanding service. Was looking for Chlorine granules and have Amazon prime, however, due to the current situation people have hiked up their prices and are taking the mick. So searched and stumbled on this site, the product is excellent and I only need 5g of the granules for my tub. Customer for life!”

“I've used Swimming Pool Chemical for.... probably 10 years... probably more (age brain!). Brilliant delivery, almost invariably next day and the products are perfect. My Grand children unwrap and inflate the complimentary pool toy with glee. The only product for which I have to hunt elsewhere is Diatomaceous Earth (One of my Hayward filters is DE).”

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I've just had a look into this to see what happened. We can see you ordered on the 2nd June at 13:43 and at the moment we are dispatching orders the same day if placed before 1pm, so this will have been dispatched on the 3rd June and I can see this was delivered on 4th June. Many thanks, Jayne

“Would like to start by saying a big thank you to swimming pool chemicals, I called first for some advise, its my first time I've bought a pool of this size and didn't really understand the care needed and type of chemicals required, they handled my enquiry very professionally and listened to my concerns. They guided me to the large pool starter pack which would last the whole season. Two days later the box arrived everything I needed was there and was clearly labeled, the instruction were easy to follow, within 24 hours the pool was pH balanced and the kids were in there enjoying it.”
