“Staff always try to be helpful but the syatem lets them and the customers down. I have been waiting for chemicals after a "greening" of my pool and Parcel Force claimed to have tried to deliver but basically lied as I have been her all week working from home. When I chased I was promised that they would get Parcel Force to delievr next day. Checked again today and despite the promise Parcel force were not told so another day without chemicals on one of the hottest days of the year. Deeply frustrating!!”
