Hi, thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our delivery service. I've taken a look into this for you to see what went wrong here. Your last order with us on 24th June you placed at 18:46 so that would have been dispatched the next day on Friday 25th June and I can see from the tracking it was delivered on Monday 28th June so this was delivered on time. The order before that on 27th May was placed at 17:33 so also will have been dispatched on the Friday 28th May and normally will have been with you on the Monday but as it was a bank holiday it will have been delivered on Tuesday 1st June which the tracking shows it was. Please note our next working day delivery service is only on orders placed before 3pm as that is when the lorry arrives to collect all the orders that day. As you are ordering after our 3pm cut off time, the orders aren't being processed until the next day. Kind regards, Swimming Pool Chemicals
