“Needed to shock my 12ft above the ground that went super green after going away on holiday and left unattended. The video in your website help me massively to know exactly what to do. “I have been buying from Swimming Pool Chemicals for past 3 years, excellent efficient service and value for money. In this instance ordered chemicals on line but forgot to add test strips, called sales desk and added to order (at no extra cost for delivery). There was some confusion regarding DHL delivery, initially only test strips received, but DHL showed all items delivered. Customer service checked records, which showed all items delivered, but upon my assurance that only test strips arrived replacement chemicals (value £100+) were dispatched within 24 hrs. At all times staff were curteous and helpful, I can not fault the service and would whole heartedly recommend their services”

“I ordered supplies from three different companies at the same time all with next day delivery - Swimming Pool Chemicals were the first to deliver 1030 the next morning.The third supplier came at three thirty pm. Have used this company for many years and they have always been reliable.”
