Hi Sofia, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We've looked into this and we can see that your flags and flag bases were delivered on time but your sanitisers were delivered the morning after the expected delivery date which was communicated to you. We're very sorry for the delay you experienced, the industry is incredibly busy at the moment and this is being felt through the courier services, too. We do hope to work with you again.
