“Our last cordless Bosch lawnmower died after ten years faithful service (and would probably done more, but for operator error!!) We ordered this similar model on Sunday and it arrived by Tuesday. Most impressed. As usual would highly recommend Tooled-up.7”

“Product got dispatched after 4-5 days, arrived in 2 weeks. Came in an opened, bad condition box. There was small damage to the guard shield near one of the screws. The item was dusty which I don’t understand how for a supposedly new item. Worst part is the customer support ignored all of these when I contacted them with photos via email, simply said it was all okay? Probably will look to buy from somewhere else in the future.”

“I'm a complete newbie to "power tools" and I had a few queries before buying an industrial vac to use as an extractor on my new multi sander. I called Tooled Up customer services and they were great: knowledgeable about the product; reassuring that they are a credible company and Bosch expert; and gave me good advice, eg: to buy 2 batteries, instead of a single bigger one, so that one can re-charge whilst using the other, as they only last about 20mins! After I placed the order, there were status updates and the delivery was very quick and efficient.”
