“Unable to write a review as the buffer is a present for my sons birthday early September, however it is the brand/product he's been speaking about. “Not actually used the mower yet, assembled and plugged in and works. Looks good. Delivery was excellent within the time scale promised and the guy who delivered it carried it in the house - at my request - I am old - to where I wanted it to so top marks Brian Sargent.”

“The true mark of a good Online Company is not how easy it is to order items from their website and deliver them quickly, that is the bread and butter of online trading. No, the true mark of an Online Company is how well they behave and deal with a product they supply that dies after only 3 months. Tooled-Up wash their hands of it entirely, they refuse to repair, replace or refund, contrary to the Consumer Laws of the UK. Amazon get a lot of stick from some, but when a product they supply goes wrong, they sort it. Tooled-Up don’t care, they have your money, and you have your broken item and have to try to deal with it yourself direct with the manufacturer. Totally illegal, but they don’t care.”
