“I visited Bosch.co.uk web site in order to purchase a cordless hedge trimmer. Having chosen a particular trimmer the web site directed me to two companies from whom I could buy it online. One company recommended by Bosch was Tooled-Up. On the day I ordered the trimmer I received six emails from Tooled-Up confirming my order, informing me of the progress of packing and dispatch with DHL. The Trimmer was delivered the very next day as advertised. I am delighted with the Trimmer I ordered but espacially pleased by the prompt service and information provided by Tooled-Up. I can understand why Bosch UK sell their products through this company.”

“The website was easy to use, quickly finding a garden hedge trimmer which I wanted for cutting back a few bushes over 3 metres tall. The product was advertised at a good price and I phoned to check if was in stock and how long it would take for delivery. Staff member noted the relevant details, checked the stock and confirmed they had it and if I ordered one it would be processed that day and should be delivered within 2 days. I sent my order in online and the company Tooled-Up immediately kept me up to date confirming my order and sent several messages over the day including the name of company delivering the company. I was also sent a link to the courier group allowing me to track my order which was very useful because I was then advised of a 1 hour window for delivery the next day. My parcel arrived and on checking one end of the box was slightly damaged and open. I contacted Tooled-Up buy phone, explained the situation in case anything was missing or broken. Staff were very helpful and I should phone back if this was the case and they would deal with it asap. I checked the trimmer over, used it for 2 mins to trim back a small amount of branches making sure it was not damaged. I phoned them back again confirming all was good and I was very pleased with the whole process. Excellent experience for me from Tooled-Up. 10/10.”
