“Very good service! I ordered three pairs of ARS fruit pruners on Saturday morning online and they arrived the next day - a Sunday! Most impressed. Would recommend!!”

“Great store overall. I think, they have the best search of all online stores I've seen so far. Crazy selection of tools, one can order everything from one place. When ordering from other places, I often have a problem that eone shop has the tool, another one sells a battery, and a third one has good sets of accessories. Tooled-up seems to have the best selection of everything at the same time. I ordered 20-ish items in total over several orders. Everything arrived just right. Nothing was mistaken/ damaged/ unfunctional. Some ideas for improvement: 1) sometimes 9/10 items can be shipped next day, but the shipment is delayed because the tenth item is expected to be available in two weeks. It's especially frustrating when the tenth item is, say, a drill bit that costs £4, while the rest is a set of tools that cost £500. Guys, if I ordered an expensive chainsaw, I'd be happy to have it while waiting for a drill bit. 2) You have two websites, tooled-up and mytoolshed. Why though?”

“Very pleased with the service I received. The process to order on+line was quick and easy and the item (Einhell cordless scarifier) arrived in good time and in good order, we'll-packaged. I haven't assembled it yet but I'm sure I'll be happy with this purchase. Assembly instructions seem reasonably straightforward so I don't foresee a problem. Hopefully will do a review when it's operational. So far a very positive experience.”

“Item is great but Tool-up used a courier that they used gave me two options when I missed the first delivery attempt - either travel to a depot about an hour away to collect the item or take a day off work to receive it. I took a day off and as a self-employed person I have lost a day's pay. Won't use again.”

“Very pleased with the price and speed of delivery. If I had to criticise (slightly) when I opened the parcel there was a sticker saying "no batteries included". I began to get a little annoyed then discovered the bottom of the box had been opened and the batteries secreted inside!”

“Terrible service. Site promotes most items next day delivery. Have waited 2 weeks and not received goods or notification to be told the item would not be available for at least another week! Why didn't they advise when or after I ordered.”
