“Purchased a 36 Volt Blacker & Decker Hedge Trimmer (Model BCHTS3620) with extra battery from Tooled _UP which I am extremely happy with. There service were superb, they kept me fully updated on the follow up tracking of my order. Regarding the pricing, it was better than the same item on Amazon.”

“Just a dreadful experience dealing with you. After delays you sent me the wrong part. It is being returned today. You never had or are getting the part o actually ordered though it remained on your web site. A complete waste of time. I hope the refund is forthcoming promptly. Will never deal with you again.
