“Tried to buy from this company on there Ebay account there. Total disaster from start to finish an afraid to say ,had to open up a case on Ebay there, to get my money back for the item there I purchased over 6 days ago !!! .they claimed that they had posted out,when in reality they never ever did in the first place there . If you know the story of pinocchio and his ways and you like how he works there ,then indeed you will both appreciate and get on famously with them . However there, I don't and indeed will not be using or buying from them ever again there. For myself they are a Ebay D.N.B seller ... stay well clear end of there.”

“Order did NOT turn up on the day I paid extra postage for and was going to take 4 more days, due to DHL who was your choice !!!!!!!!. Your customer service person was so RUDE and just put the phone down on my call, so after calling back and speaking to a guy who was more helpful because you could NOT get my order to me before the end of the week and with more days in between the DHL set date I cancelled my order BUT I am STILL getting email's from you asking if I am happy with my order. I DID NOT get it when it was due on the day I paid to have it so NO I am NOT happy and WOULD NOT order ever again !!!!!!!!!!!”

“The item is ok for the money the only issue I have had is the laser line yoi can't see it so makes the job slightly longer A bit fiddly to put together but as I said yoi get what you pay for and fir what I need it was cheaper than getting a chippy that's if you can get one!!”
