“I had never used Tooled-up before but would certainly use them again. The item I was looking for was available and competitively priced. As far as I can remember the item was delivered next day so overall extremely satisfied. It is the sort of service you hope for when ordering online.👍”

“We have used Tooled-Up a few times and the service has been excellent. Great choice whatever you're looking for and good value. Delivery has always been fast even when we're in Scotland and they are in Enfield. Communication about orders and delivery is quick and accurate. Can't be beaten!”

“Nightmare! Order as a next day delivery item ,after 4 days I call to find out where the vacuum was as only the batteries arrived they forgot to send the vacuum , after lots of phone calls and them telling me " I promise will arrive today" the vacuum arrived 10 days after I originally order it , very rude customer service ,they wanted to be right when they wrong, no apologies , better buying on local store.”

“I ordered 2 items: A lawn mower and a Hozelock non return valve. The mower was delivered promptly the next day. I assumed that the reason for only one item being delivered was the disparity in size (both items were shown as available on the web site). However after the smaller item had still failed to arrive a number of days afterwards, I telephoned Tooled-Up and was informed by a very pleasant and helpful person that stock was awaited. I have no problem with this, but it would have been helpful to have been informed of this at the outset rather than me having to activly find out. This niggle will not prevent me from ordering from Tooled-Up in the future.”
