“I was searching for a replacement Pruning saw, I read a number of reviews in gardening magazines and as a result found Tooled up to be an authorised disributer for ARS. The price was right, ordering was easy, Paid with Paypal, (always helps when dealing with a new supplier), dispatch was pompt and it arrived more quickly than I had expected. The product was well packed and arrived in good condition. Whats not to like? If I had a minor observation - I could not find "check out as a guest" so had to set up an account, otherwise very satisfied.”

“As a general consumer of hardware I don’t always use the same companies as prices can vary quite a bit. Every time I have used this company I found the service was great and delivery is quoted accurately. Due to this I don’t know about the customer services as I’ve never had to use them.”

“Great service from tooled-up, but Black and Decker assembly instructions absolutely useless. They don't even get the packing list for box contents right. There are however excellent assembly instructions on YouTube for which I am eternally grateful”

“The item was out of stock when I ordered and not meant to be available until 21/12/24. Tooled-Up kept me updated and when my item became restocked (well before the expected date) it was immediately sent to me. Item looks good was was well packed.”
