“Great company. I had some issues with the web site and also with the despatch note which appeared to be missing an item. BUT, and it's a very important but; both issues were dealt with very promptly and politely. That's all a customer can ask really. Other than that, prices are good, choice of product is great and service was second to none. I will be back!”

“A minor comment but at check out it appears that delivery is £7.95 but £9.80 is the only option. I checked again today and £7.95 seems irrelevent--so why give it as an option?”

“The on line ordering process for our Black and Decker strimmer was a little tricky - the charger and battery had to be ordered and paid for in addition to the strimmer, but these showed as only one item on the checkout list, so at first we were very confused. A phone call to your very helpful sales team helped us sort this out. Once ordered, everything went very smoothly except the delivery was delayed by a day - but this didn't matter to us. Delivery was within a couple of days of ordering. We felt confident that if there were to be problems with delivery we could sort them out, as we had your phone details and information about the carriers and your sales team had already been so helpful.”

“I would have given these guys 4 stars had they managed to successfully and securely pack two broom type handles that was part of a larger order. It was a miracle that these got here as one end of the box was totally open as the handles had rattled around inside this over long box and had torn through the end! The rest of the order arrived in great condition but all-in-all the time from placing the order to receiving it was rather long. As for the quality of the goods - yeah, not bad, and the pricing was acceptable. would I use them again? Probably, but only if I couldn't find what i wanted on Amazon.”
