“What a fantastic experience. Very impressed at the quality of service. Its my first time using this company and it proved to be a delight as I had a terrible time ordering with amazon as the date kept changing. So I cancelled with amazon and used tooled up which delivered my item and I recieved it the next day. Excellent communication down to the last hour of delivery. Definitely will get using again.”

“Item arrived late. Email from DHL informed me the packaging was damaged. Outside packaging was OK when delivered, however internal support packaging was badly damaged. Item probably moved around in the box as not properly secured. Fortunateley the item itself was not damaged. The item seemed to have been in stock for a long period as it was quite dusty.”

“Item arrived quickly as per order. Efficiently packaged without dead space in an oversized box and with paper tape (so without the usual mad miles of plastic tape that companies in general should generally be rapidly moving away from using) so well done!”
