“I ordered two wire wool cleaning brushes for my patio cleaner on 12th September. I phoned twice to see why my order was taking so long to arrive. The young lady that I spoke to told me that there was a nine day - yes nine day - turn around. My brushes arrived on 28th September. That is 11 working days (15 days including weekends). Far too long in this 'next day' world we live in.”

“Tooled Up were let down badly on two of my orders by DHL deliveries who insisted on trying to deliver my package to next door - a house with a completely different name. This house is only occupied by builders at the moment, who padlock the gate when they go home. I tried many times to explain this to Tooled Up who seemed powerless to sort out DHL or offer an alternative delivery company. Until Tooled Up sort out the delivery problem I will no longer order from them. I have told them this.”
