“Hello for everyone. I don't know if it was a mistake or on purpose, but instead of the model shown in the picture, you sent me another model of foam gun. Which also costs 3 times less. That's why I had to return my purchase.”

“Good process but actual delivery of the sander to our door came as a surprise as there was no message to say when it would actually arrive from the courier. Tracking its progress through the website did not provide a delivery time/date.”

“This wass a good shopping experience with Tooled-Up.com I dont know why some suppliers have problems with the correct sized staples for my staple guns, but Tooled-Up.com got the order spot on. Delivery was fast as well.”

“Bought a Bosch quiet shredder. Came with shears and safety kit as extras. Sadly a plastic wheel was broken in transit. Feeble design. But Tooled-up sent a replacement part quickly. Ordered one day delivered the next, replacement part a couple of days later. Very good service. Fair price though there's nothing cheap from Bosch. Shredder works well but clogs up on soft leaves very quickly. Lots of emails from Tooled-up - about 18 so far. Might be worth cutting back a bit on these. Thank you.”

“Ordered a Karcher T 7/1 Classic Tub Vacuum Cleaner 7.5L / T 7/1 CLASSIC (240v). I think it arrived the next day. It was great value compared to the same product elsewhere online. I have used it once and was very impress. Kicking myself a didn't order one sooner.”
