“Ordered a Dremel 4000 kit on Thursday night, it arrived on Saturday, free delivery and best price, excellent service from Alan Watkins. Recommend, I try to avoid Amazon, much better to deal with the retailer directly.”

“Very fast delivery, ordered on the 7th, which was a Sunday and it was dispatched on the Monday 8th delivered on the 9th Tuesday. Item was well packed. Not had chance to use it due to consent rain. Would use Alan Wadkins again if needed.”

“I ordered a Hozelock Composter because they had the best price. I hadn’t realised there was an option for overseas delivery which seemed to be the default setting and was charged £16.45 for delivery. When I phoned asking why I was charged when the website clearly stated free delivery over £75, I was refunded the charges within a day or so. Delivery was quick and the product is as expected. Very happy with the service, but please don’t make that delivery charge the default. The website should pick up automatically that the post code is a UK one at checkout. Apart from that I’m happy.”
