“The service was excellent with package arriving within 24 hours of ordering. There was however a small problem in that one item received was not what was ordered. I reported this and the correct item arrived in under 24 hours. The customer service was superb and absolutely no hassle.”

“I was looking for a space heater for my Garage, AW Tool Store was the best price. Also what was great to see was their very reasonable delivery charges, as living in the Highlands delivery is usually extortionate! Great communication form the team throughout as well.
