“We have ordered on two occasions and both times you had to check the address before you sent the goods. I would have thought on the second occasion you could have looked up the address yourself.”

“Excellent service from TM Interiors. They sent an e-mail telling me that my Roman Blind had been dispatched and asked me to confirm to them it when it was received. It arrived by courier the following day - packaged like a Ming vase with bubble wrap between every fold, corrugated paper and ‘fragile’ tape all around it. The blind itself was very well made. No visible stitching. I’m delighted and will certainly use TM again and recommend to family and friends.”

“I was delighted with your service BUT how would you feel if I asked you to pay £11.00 postage & packing for 2 metres of braid. I fully understand that this is perhaps a standard charge but the actual cost to you by Royal Mail would have been approx £2.79. The only consolation is that some other firms charge £14 approx. I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the UK.”

“Was looking for a specific Sanderson material that turned out to be sold out in Denmark. Went on the net and found it on TM Interiors. Reviews looked god and my question was answered quickly. Went along and placed my order which was quick and easy and cheaper than the price in Denmark. Have received the order now in Denmark so fully satisfied. Have only given the rating 'Good' because there was a misunderstanding somewhere between TM Interiors and their suppler which meant that I had to remind them for the order to be ship. Not a big problem - otherwise the rating would have been 'Very Good'”

We can see the item was dispatched on the 21st and you should have received a confirmation of dispatch email with tracking number.
