“This was the perfect online shopping experience! The wallpaper I ordered is no longer available from the manufacturers but TM Interiors had the wallpaper in stock, in the required amount and it was ordered and delivered within 3 working days! The entire process from start to finish was so easy and TM Interiors provided me with updates at every stage of the process. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend TM Interiors.”

“Richard was extremely helpful dealing with our order and also for beating best price we could find anywhere. We placed order on Sunday evening online and received delivery of order on Tuesday. I am really impressed by TM Interiors efficiency, and if I could score more than 5/5, I would. I will use TM Interiors again and would highly recommend them to anyone.”

Dear Julie. We are sorry you are unhappy with wallpaper supplied back in September, we listened to your concerns about the product and believe we dealt with your complaint in the appropriate manner. We took it seriously enough to request that the manufacturer send their own company representative to your home to inspect the wallcovering after installation, who could find no fault with the product, when compared with the sampling, and there were no other reported manufacturing faults from the batch supplied, either in the UK or worldwide so the wallpaper was not deemed to be faulty. Due to the issues you experienced with your decorator struggling to pattern match the wallpaper, which we discussed at length, and having to re-hang the first wall, we cannot accept liability and any further liability for any decorators’ costs if you then authorize your decorator to proceed and complete the work. We are saddened by the fact you are still unhappy with the product, and have left a review that does not represent the product, services or circumstances surrounding your installation. Your decorator is more than welcome to contact us again so between us we can rectify any issues you may still have with the product, and the offer of a refund for the product is still available from us. “I would recommend TM Interiors. Richard did a great job to confirm if i can order a piece of fabric with full pattern repeat on it and phoned the company in Madrid and oder the fabric with special request. He then made sure i receive it before I fly home to South Africa. The companies in London said they can not guarantee the pattern on the fabric but Richard proofed them wrong. So please use this company, I will. Thanks TM Interior”

“Excellent service from TM Interiors. They sent an e-mail telling me that my Roman Blind had been dispatched and asked me to confirm to them it when it was received. It arrived by courier the following day - packaged like a Ming vase with bubble wrap between every fold, corrugated paper and ‘fragile’ tape all around it. The blind itself was very well made. No visible stitching. I’m delighted and will certainly use TM again and recommend to family and friends.”

“I was delighted with your service BUT how would you feel if I asked you to pay £11.00 postage & packing for 2 metres of braid. I fully understand that this is perhaps a standard charge but the actual cost to you by Royal Mail would have been approx £2.79. The only consolation is that some other firms charge £14 approx. I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the UK.”
