“Very comprehensive selection if fabrics. Order arrived within the promised timescale. Only suggestion is to use a carrier other than UPS who gave a timescale as “End of Day”! Most others give a 2 hour delivery window.”

“Very disappointed in the service provided. Either the merchandise was not ordered by TM or the manufacturer did not process the order upon receipt. Either way, there was no follow up on TM’s part until I questioned the delay. Hopefully the correct merchandise was ordered since it have not been received yet, though I do have confirmation form UPS that it is in their hands.”
