Dear Cj Blake I am really sorry for the delay in delivering your order, and your right we shoud have kept you updated and will review why you were not on this occassion. I honestly believe as we had to order them in from France and then deliver out to you due to the time of year it took longer than expected so our apologies for that. “I have been very impressed with the service I've received as a first time customer. T.M team worked hard to secure an out of stock curtain fabric and were able to get enough to produce a top quality pair of curtains handmade. They arrived beautifully wrapped and well protected. (Just as well as the courier just left them on my front doorstep! Not T.Ms fault). The curtains look wonderful and I can highly recommend their service.”
