Dear Customer We are sorry your order took a little longer than expected, we did advise and apologise on Monday that our suppliers had taken longer than expected to process the order, but we confirmed dispatch on Tue 02/11/2021 14:09 and it shows with UPS that the delivery is out for today. “Terrible service. Ordered my fabric samples three weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Emails are either ignored or answered with generic copy/paste phrases. If you intend to have your time wasted or seek an unpleasant customer experience, TM Interiors is the right company for you.”

Dear Customer, apologies for your experience and failing to respond within 24 hours as per our aim. We have refunded your sample order and sent the samples free of charge for both the delay and any inconvenience caused, as mentioned we are reliant on our suppliers stock levels. “Really pleased with the service I received from TM Interiors. I placed my order on Saturday September 4th 2021 and it arrived on Thursday September 9th 2021 having received a message the previous day to say it was being despatched. Thank you, I would definitely order from them again.”

“You only know how good a company is when you have a problem and I had a problem of my making. I needed to change two rolls of wallpaper, as I had not specified the batch number I required. The person I spoke to on the phone called the wallpaper supplier to check they had the batch number I required and, when they did, had two rolls reserved for me. They then said to return the wallpaper I had and, when it was received, the two new rolls would be sent to me. I posted the wallpaper back yesterday and am now awaiting the new rolls. So far I am very impressed with this company.”
