“I used semi-permament hair colour. It was nice. Pleasant smell, easy to use. It Fairly covered my gray hair and lasted about 6 weeks, which is the time i would normaly have to dye my hair to cover the roots with permament colour. But this time no roots! I used also the hydrate treatment. I wish it would be more fluid consistency so it can be applied more easy. And the packaging - the nosle of the boutle was giving me some trouble... as it comes out in a funny, not ergonomic angle. All over recomend nature tints. It is great products and your hair will be happy:)”

“I love Tints of Nature range. The hair dye smells lovely and the colour looks amazing. It's full of certified organic ingredients - just perfect if you have damaged hair, suffering from hair loss or simply want a great hair colour without the harsh chemicals. Highly recommend!”

“Tints of Nature hair colour is brilliant. It's easy to apply and it has a very natural look. It also conditions the hair. I have recommended to all my friends as they always ask about my hair colour and many are now using the product. I also use the shampoo and conditioner + the leave in conditioner which I love”

“The shine in my hair after the whole procedure was amazing. My hair looks healthy. An unpredictable outcome was the colour. I went for 7D, Medium Blonde, however I ended up ""Medium Brown"”

Fabulous! Tints of Nature Permanent hair dyes perform based on your base/natural colour. Depending on if you are colouring over colour or on your natural hair colour the overall shade result can vary. “I have been using Tints of Nature for many years now. I have always found it a most effective treatment for my greying hair. It is very easy to use and most importantly very gentle on the scalp with no adverse effects. Highly recommendable.”

“I was dubious but I must say the resulting colour is salon quality. A bit more conditioner would be nice as the sachet is quite small. Other than this, perfect!”

“The product worked really well, and the colour result was just like on the box. It also did no damage to my hair despite me leaving it on for too long (there was no smell or itching so I forgot it was there). The developer was very difficult to get out of the bottle however, and i do not feel that enough is provided considering the price.”

“Excellent product. I became very allergic to the "usual" hair colours that I bought from chemists. I was recommended to try Tints of Nature and have no allergic reaction at all and I love the colour (been using over 1 year now)”

“I have a allergy to ppd , so this colour was perfect, it covered the gray but only for about 3 washes , but on the rest of my hair stays on for ages , wish there was more conditioner”

Hi Kelly, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the results. Our semi-permanent range will cover up to 80% grey hair and sometimes grey hair can be stubborn to cover and keep covered. We recommend to get the very best grey coverage to pre treat your hair with our Hydrate Treatment which helps to prepare the grey hair for colouring by adding back moisture your hair could be lacking and therefore making it easier for the hair to soak up the colour for more coverage and longer results. Our Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner also has a unique colour lock formula which works with our home hair colours to help lock your colour in for longer. We hope these suggestions help. “Absolutely gutted & really disappointed I’ve reacted to the tints of nature hair dye much more than I normally react to normal salon hair dye. I thought this was meant to be more natural!!!!”

Hello, thank you for getting in touch with us. We are sorry to hear of your disappointing experience using Tints of Nature. Did you carry out a skin sensitivity test before applying the colour to your hair? This is very important, even if you have coloured your hair before. Over time we can develop allergies to any ingredient, even the most natural of ones. Our permanent home hair dye is made with 95% naturally derived and 75% organic ingredients, so you are correct in thinking that it does have a higher natural content, but this does not prevent any reactions unfortunately. We would like to look into your experience further, one of our Customer Service team will be in touch shortly to discuss in more detail.
