“I have used a similar system for logging time off, this system is much more user friendly, it is much easier to see when colleagues within your team have booked their time off, so you can work around that and this system gives you up to date information, so you know as soon as you log in how much time off you have left to take, the previous system I used did not take into account time off that you had booked, only what you had taken up to the time you were in the system, meaning you had to go through all of the days you had booked but not taken to work out what you have left to book”
