“It is a good system but there are a few limitations which we need to work around but overall I think it will work really well. As we have an older workforce I think introducing it to them will cause a few problems but I am sure it can be overcome. It is easy to use and simple from a booking prospective. We will be going live on the 1st April but I am currently posting historical holidays, sickness and leave of absence to test the system. The support team have been very helpful and respond to my queries exceptionally quickly and don't seem to mind that I have sent them several queries in a space of a few hours. Hopefully our employees will prefer this to the paper-based system we are currently using.”

“We like the application and it works well. We would like to have yej ability to enter both days and hours separately for the same employee as we have occasions when somebody has taken time off for appointments and have to make up the time - we are still having to manage this aspect manually. Overall, it does what we want.”

“Great overview!! BUT many options missing: No option to amend passed dates if not administrator No option to amend reason on dates booked No option for free text anywhere Those are the 3 most important options we really need!! Thank you, Christel Mundus Sunhotels”

“Only a couple of weeks in so can't give a full review yet. One feature that I think could be useful is that we are bringing in a policy of 'base holiday is XX days and then after every 2 years of working here you get an additional 1 day, up to a maximum of 25 days'. If you had a way to calculate that automatically, with the option to round it up to the nearest half day, that would be super-useful.”

“Everything looks good for now, Slack integration is very handy. I would be delighted if we could get specific office hours for the flexible schedule so I know who arrives at 8:00AM and who's in the office until 6:00PM Keep up the good work”

“Easy set up and handling. Usability is good but could be more intuitive. Our area knows certain half day public holidays. These can not be entered currently. (Sechseläuten, Knabenschiessen)”

“Cool! For a simple tool, maybe a hint to expensive..just a hint. -> right now everythign is called bosses..and stuff...i would prefer if one could chang those titles to something less hierachical ;) -> one global calendar subscribtion which can go into google, were everyone sees everyones calendar days. Cool beans!”
