“It is easy to use. The colors of the page are also attractive. Good to know about team members' holidays as well, so we can plan ahead.”

“Only used the system for a short time but find it a simple but useful. It give me access to view all employees abscesses or holidays so crossover does not occur. It also gives me a record of the holidays taken and holidays left. All together a useful tool”

“Easy to use, used across two businesses …. The only annoying thing is that you can’t amend dates you have to delete and re-enter them if it’s been done incorrectly. Easy to monitor staff holidays and sickness etc …. All staff use app to access and request time off … works well for us as a growing company”

“It works really well, I find it very helpful to keep track of leave and authorise/ make amendments. My only real frustration is that the month doesn't stay at the top of the screen when scrolling down the list of people, so I can't keep track when I need to move through months for any reason.”

“The overview when one is a bigger teams, is great. It would be nice to have the option to amend between the schedule one see now, and a different view month by month, vertically. Option to have a roster for the team, with a more detailed view, such as work hours, type of shifts ect.”

“Being able to link the calendar with my Microsoft Calendar is such a great feature - saves the double tapping and human error of forgetting to put in the 365 Diary.”

“Great UI / UX! However, there are two "clickable halves" to every day in the calendar view (i.e.: the "/wallchart" page), and as a user I would expect clicking one of these to pre-populate the "Starting" and "Ending" times on the modal that pops up. I.e.: if you click the first "half" of a day, it pre-populates the start & end times to "Morning" and "Lunchtime", respectively. And if you click the second "half", the values would be pre-populated to "Afternoon" and "End of Day".”

“Timetastic is intuitive and user friendly. As an administrator, you can add different types of leave and run reports. There are of course some features that could be added in future versions, but overall I recommend this tool for leave management. Customer service is very quick to answer.”

“The wallchart is great, it gives a quick preview of who is in/out for the day/week, very useful for our daily morning meetings. The set-up and application process is quick and easy, as is the approval process, this provides a must simpler, smoother process than what we were using before. Would recommend this package as it is also good value for money.”
