Timetastic is absolutely fab. It links up to your emails, internal messaging platforms, and any other platforms you might rely on every day to let your teams know when you're off and when you'll be back. It's easy to use, and generally a pleasure to work with. We get daily updates on where the team is, so no one is messaged when they're unwell, or enjoying some deserved time off. It's also a helpful reminder for yourself if, like me, you forget when your dentist appointment is!

Simple and easy to use. Booking and cancellation functionality works perfectly well. As far as I can tell, the admin side of things is optimal and intuitive. Couldn't ask for any more really.

Love Timetastic! I used it in my last workplace and have now introduced it in my new place as they were using a fiddly spreadsheet on a shared drive. It's really intuitive and easy to use. I like that we can tailor it to reflect our chosen bank holidays. And it's great value too!

Timetastic was so easy to set up and use, no more spreadsheets that take ages to update & complete, only wish we had found this service easier. Costs are very reasonable and it just makes day to day planning and absences easier to manage

Very easy to use and I and everyone else can see everyone's schedule. Like the google intergration calendar, it fits within our company. Also like that, it's all online, no more paperwork!

Working for a company with a 'Work from anywhere' policy, Timetastic helps track which employees will be working in the office or which will be working remotely day to day. Timetastic is convenient, easy to use, and scales well with our internal product stack. One recommendation is to enhance the Slack integration to support 'Upcoming absences' in addition to 'Absences today' to help forecast resources.

I migrated our company over to Timetastic from managing leave on an Excel spreadsheet, and it has saved me so much time and energy. The cost is very reasonable and the app (online & mobile) is so user-friendly I didn't have to show many people how to use it.

We started using Timetastic in early 2022 and our staff absolutely love it. It is so intuitive and easy to use. The mobile app has been a real winner too, as you can request and approve on the move. As a manager, the daily emails to let me know who is off in my team, are a revelation. I couldn't recommend Timetastic highly enough!

Having used various online booking systems for holidays etc. I feel that this is the best I have used so far and I am looking at promoting Timetastic to my old employer as their system felt clunky and difficult to navigate.
