“It's very simple. I like seeing the whole calendar of everybody in the team in one place. And I like the lack of bloat like in CharieHR or other such tools. This one does exactly what it's supposed to and nothing else. One click, everything is visible without any unnecessary clutter. Two clicks and I have my holiday scheduled - yay :-)”

“Timetastic is a great tool to keep track of leave. The only change I would suggest is allowing it to go into negative, so you can with a glance see who has been using the following year's allowance.”

“It is very easy to use (compared to the horrendous systems I've used before) and I like that there is an overview of the whole team. Previously, we had to update a spreadsheet as well as submit our days off in the system... Good job, thanks!”

“Its a really simple user friendly system. Everyone loves it One thing I would suggest. On the wall chart - if you have a lot of users and you scroll down the day headings don't freeze and roll down with you. Also - some people come back from leave a day early. This means they have to cancel the entire leave and not just a portion of it. Possibly allowing to edit rather than cancel and rebook would be good.”
