“The tiles are beautiful and very reasonably priced. They arrived quickly and easily. My only niggle was the cost of delivery (£30) which seemed high for 5m2 of tiles. Otherwise we are delighted!”

Thank you very much for your review and rating. We are pleased to hear you are happy with your tiles. The cost of delivery on orders under £150 is, unfortunately, a cost we simply can't absorb. Tiles are heavy items and need to be delivered on a pallet regardless of how many SQM are ordered.

“These tiles look stunning, they are a really nice quality. The glaze doesn’t chip easily whilst cutting so you can get a good line without to much fuss. I’d definitely recommend these”

“I was really pleased with my tiles, they look even better up than in the pictures. The communication I received was very good and the tiles arrived on time, ( not one broken either). Overall I received very good service and I would most certainly recommend to my family and friends.”

“Really good service apart from being told after my order that delivery wasn’t included even though my outlay should have included delivery. However, delivery was as scheduled without any breakages. I would definitely recommend Tiles360 .”

“What a breath of fresh air Tiles 360 is! I had a few problems ordering online & inadvertently place 3 orders for the same tiles. I phoned Tiles 360 & explained what had happened. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful & understanding. Two of the orders were cancelled immediately and I received a full refund for them in less than 24 hours! They almost beat the transactions appearing on my card statement. Most other companies would have taken up to a week, or more, to make the refund but not Tiles 360! I think that they are great at customer service & have VERY competitive prices on quality stock. I will certainly have no hesitation in using them again in the future when the need arises!”
