“The service from you has been extremely good and tiles arrived on time. Unfortunately due to the Covid restrictions My tiler has not been able to come so they are still in the boxes unopened - hopefully they are all in one piece!”

“What amazing customer service! Some of the tiles we had ordered just before Christmas were out of stock. We were contacted immediately by Mark who offered a refund or replacement within time for Christmas. I ordered a replacement, mucked up the order, Mark put everything right and we received the order in time for Christmas!”

“On the delivery day a free sample arrived in the post. The lady at Tiles 360 was extremely helpful when I rang to query this, reassuring me that I had ordered 1 box of 50 not just 1 tile. Within the hour my order arrived and they look fab-u-lous now they’re in place.”
