Bought 1 box of tiles. They are lovely tiles. the box was only £25 but it cost me £90 to get them with all the charges they add on (small order fee??) Not very happy with that!

Thank you for your review, sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery charges. We deliver all our tile orders on a pallet to ensure damages are limited. We are charged the same price by the carrier companies whether there are 1 box or 50 boxes as the cost is based on weight bands. The smallest weight is up to 250kg. The delivery charge to us to your postcode is greater than the £40 we have charged you, plus the pallet and wrap cost and of course labour. The rising costs of delivery due to HGV driver shortage, unfortunately, left the company with no alternative but to add a surcharge to small orders to simply cover our costs.

Product lovely. The young lady talking me through the delivery trauma was absolutely fantastic. She was a real star. Your delivery provider would score out of 100 , approximately MINUS 75!!! APPALLING. Kind Regards David

Thank you for your review and rating and your kind comments on our customer service. We are sorry you are disappointed with the delivery. We use a third-party company and once a delivery has left us, we are at their mercy. As a rule, issues with late deliveries are rare. However, due to the current shortage of HGV Drivers up and down the country, we are experiencing more late deliveries than usual. We want to thank you for your patience with your delivery

good product however feel a bit conned as needed to order and extra 2 boxes of tile as decided to tile and additional area in the utility room and got charged £25 small consignment fee. the first consignment was over £200 the following 2 boxes should of been £36 however with £30 delivery fee and £25 small consignment fee it came to £91 which i think is extortinate

Delivery was good, but charged £70 plus postage for returning tiles (another company only charged postage). Still waiting for refund! Will use the other company in future.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the tiles you ordered you felt were not suitable for your project and you had to return them. We do not charge £70 plus postage. We do not refund any charges for delivery and it is was free delivery we deduct a flat rate of £35 from your total refund towards the costs we have incurred initially delivering the order. The cost of sending the tiles back to us is the customer responsibility. Regarding the refund, until receiving this review we did not know you had sent the order back to our suppliers as you did not send us any correspondence or tracking details letting us know you were returning them. The return has been found in the warehouse this morning and your refund was issued.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you didn't use the tiles you ordered but also equally surprised to know your tiler didn't like quality. We have sold 000's of SQM of this tile and had no complaints. However, every tiler is different and likes or dislikes different tiles. We have a returns policy that you could have applied to gain a refund.

Great tiles and quick delivery but poor service on returns with only a 30 day return period. Very difficult to plan big projects and be able to send overs back in that time frame. Now left with £120 worth of tiles I can't do anything with that only arrived 6 weeks ago and are still sold on the website?

Thank you for your review ad we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our 30-day return period. As stated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you placed your order, we offer a refund on any leftover full cartons up to 30 days from the delivery date as long as they are the same batch that we currently have in stock. Your Tiles were delivered 47 days ago and not the same batch we currently stock and therefore we are unable to resell. As per our email conversations with you today, we offer one of the most generous return and refund policies within the online tile industry. Many other companies only offer 14 days and some will not accept leftover tiles at all. Due to high turnover of tile sales, we are unable to extend beyond 30 days.

Although the tiles look beautiful and we love them, when our builder was laying them he noticed that the routed grout lines don’t quite match up perfectly. If you didn’t know you probably wouldn’t notice from a quick glance but something to bear in mind.

The tiles are good. Look lovely in the hallway. But why on earth do they use a delivery company that only does kerbside deliveries? No good when u have lug the tiles upstairs. They should be taken to your door!

Thank you for your review and rating. we are pleased to hear your tiles look lovely in your home. With regards to the tiles being left on the kerbside, we do state that all deliveries are to kerbside only. This is a standard delivery policy for all online tile retailers as orders are delivered via a palletised service. The delivery drivers do try and get orders as near as possible to a door but the pallet pump truck can't go over loose or uneven surfaces nor up steps.

The customer service was very good. However the online calculator for the amount of tiles needed was not correct as I have a whole box of tiles plus a few extra left over.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel the calculator didn't work for you, we have checked this and it is working as expected. When entering measurements fixed items like windows or baths can not be accounted for. It is also better to be slightly over for wastage and spares for the future. Unfortunately, you have 0.5 sqm of tiles over the wall area you have tiled.

We love the new tiles but we’re disappointed with the returns process when we tried to get a refund for unused tiles. We were given courier details who charged an extortionate amount of money so offered to return ourselves to the address given (only an hour from our home) but were told this wasn’t possible. Won’t be using tiles 360 again for this reason.

We are pleased to hear you love the tiles but disappointed to hear you wouldn't use us again. We have been a closed site due to Covid and have been unable to accept unused tiles in person to the warehouse for this reason. We advise customers to return using a pallet service to limit any damage to the returned tiles so we can issue a refund. From experience, we know that using a general courier will result in the tiles being completely damaged resulting in us not being able to refund as they are not returned in a salable condition.

Tiles were fine.but the delivery cost was extortionate. E deliveringcost more han the tiles..I've had items delivered from Australia for a lot less.

Thank you for your review and rating. Regarding the cost of delivery, we offer free delivery to most of the country on orders over £200. For smaller orders, unfortunately, we do have to charge a delivery cost that we subsidise from that we are charged. All tile orders are sent palletised regardless of it being one box as in your case or 100 boxes. This is to reduce any risk of damage.

First , they did arrive in one piece by some miracle of care by the transport and delivery man ! No packaging ..for ceramic tiles ! REALLY ? They arrived in 'boxes' with open tops, made of very thin cardboard indeed and with just the glue at the seems to 'hold them together', not even any reinforcing tape and nothing to keep the package dry ....consequently the 'boxes' had fallen apart . Absolutely bizarre practice . I can't think of any advantage to anyone to not at least plastic cover and tape up these flimsiest of boxes with heavy, sharp goods in ! Second, the colour is not vibrant orange as per the website description and as depicted , but fairly dull, light, brownish-orange . ....So, also V. disappointing. ..but, my own fault as ''sending for a sample was recommended '' . I haven't started actually laying yet, but already in the first 8 tiles , one has a hole in one corner ( manufacturing fault not 'damage' as such ) . Sorry not to be able to give a good review, but the packaging issue truly needs to be addressed ...It really is a miracle they all appear to be in one piece ( so far as I can tell ) and hadn't all been smashed in transit ... The risk of return / proof of arriving damaged etc. /loss of customer good will. is really not worth the small cost of appropriate packaging.

Firstly, apologies for the delay in replying to your review but we needed to investigate what had happened with regards to the packaging as this is not our practice at all! There is no excuse for the mistake that was made with the wrapping of your delivery but unfortunately, that is exactly what happened…………a mistake and a slip through our checking process which has been addressed with the packing dept. With regards the colour of the tiles, we do not state these are a vibrant orange on the website and as you mention we do encourage customers to purchase a sample of a tile they are interested in before making a full order purchase. We aim to provide excellent customer service and if you want to contact us, we will replace any manufacturing faults in the tiles or refund you for these. I want to thank you for your honest review as it helps us to be better but it would have been preferable to have contacted us before so we could have rectified any issues.
