“Really pleased with the price and quality of the tiles. Excellent customer service . A pack of tiles were broken on delivery, this was sorted very efficiently. The delivery was quick and very good. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.”

“The tiles we purchased were initially out of stock.The customer service team at Tiles360 were brilliant at keeping us up to date re future stock availability and contacted me as soon as they were available to purchase, which was months after our first communication. I'm so pleased we waited, they were definitely worth the wait. Unique looking and good quality tiles. I've only deducted 1* from review as tiles were not delivered on the date booked and caused a bit of an issue as we had to leave them out in the street.”

Thank you for rating and review. We are sorry to hear there was a delay with your delivery. There are still a few issues with the HGV delivery network but they are achieving 95% of delivery on a preferred date selected.

“Online ordering is easy. Be sure to read the delivery instructions. I did thankfully! I used the online chat which was quick and easy. Tiles are the Kent Grey and fantastic quality. We’ve had lots of comments too.”
