“The tiles are absolutely beautiful- however- the packaging was completely ineffective. I had to contact customer services twice to get new boxes delivered because they hadn't bothered to put a little bit of packing in the box to keep the tiles tight, in order that they didn't clash into each other during transit. Twice I received boxes with almost every tile smashed to smithereens. At the same time I received some other coloured Zellige tiles, from a different manufacturer, that were in perfect condition because they had popped a small piece of polystyrene at one end to ensure the tiles were tight in the box. Even though I told them this,u Tiles 360 sent the last box on a palate and admittedly this worked but the extra expense and trouble they had to go to will surely put them out of business if they have to do this for every customer! They didn't quibble though, they just replaced them but it was heartbreaking to see their lovely product all broken and it delayed my tiling while waiting to receive the replacements.”

“Lovely tiles ...look really expensive . Very good value and a wonderful colour blue. Experienced tiler said they were lovely to work with. Delivery was quick and arrived on a pallet. Very pleased with purchase.”

“Can't fault the customer service. We ordered some tiles which unfortunately arrived with imperfections, the company agreed to collect and redeliver another batch of the tiles the next day. The issue appeared to be with the tile we chose as the next batch also had some issues, but again they arranged collection next day and offered to replace or refund in full. We chose to refund and wait for more stock to arrive from the manufacturer but would order from this company again.”

“I needed kitchen wall tiles and several local suppliers told me that 6inch floral times were old fashioned and impossible to find... I searched @tiles360 and found these, superb colours and quality and the finish is exactly as I imagined. Highly recommend”
