“What a great company. THe samples I ordered arrived really fast and then, when I managed to put in my order and get the colour wrong, customer services were all over it. The tiles themselves were delivered exactly when they said they would be. All roud fabulous service. They will be going into a new hearth next week so I look forward to seeing the finished look.”

“The sample I received was a small section of the original tile, making it very difficult to imagine what the tile looks like in real life, nevermind what the pattern would look like on a larger scale. So, receiving a piece of a patterned tile was not helpful at all to try to envision a project. I would understand receiving a small piece more, if the tile was just one tone...but it makes no sense on a patterned tile sample.”

“Tiles are terrific. Good quality and very happy with them Tiles 360 are horrendous!! Delivery promised for Wed, then promised for Thurs before 10 am, eventually arriving at almost 4pm. 2 days paying tilers for nothing! Very disappointed and I’ll never order from them again!”

“I ordered 14 boxes of tiles which were delivered exactly on time, all the way to Cornwall. Only one tile was broken out of the whole batch which I think is fantastic considering that these tiles have come all the way from Spain originally. The tiles are lovely, the delivery was perfect, the man brought the tiles up the driveway for me and the updates for delivery were very helpful. All in all a great experience, not sure why there have been negatives reviews, because tiles 360 cant be faulted in my opinion. I would recommend them and will use this company again.”
