“I only ordered a free sample and was impressed with how easy it was and the speed of delivery. However I was disappointed with the tile sample, it was not like the pictures advertised , looked cheap and poor finish so glad I asked for the sample and didn’t just go ahead and order all the tiles I needed for the room”

“My tile samples arrived broken and they were so small you couldn't actually decide if you liked the pattern or not. A bit rubbish to be honest. Trying to be positive, they did arrive promptly.”

“I ordered 2 packs of the Victorian blue tiles, but Victorian sage green arrived. When I looked in the back of the delivery lorry I was expecting to see 3 mini cars, one red, one white and one blue but instead there was a single pallet with two packs of tiles on top. Right pattern, wrong colour. The driver understood the problem and the tiles were taken back. I cancelled the order and shortly afterwards had a full refund. Perhaps in the future I will attempt to buy the same Victorian blue tiles, but time was pressing and I sought a flooring solution from elsewhere.”

“The tiles I bought were very expensive for what is a poor quality tile, but I bought them as I could find nothing similar elsewhere. The delivery cost for 7 boxes of 125mm x 125mm tiles was £75. This was extraordinarily expensive, especially so as when they arrived they were insecurely wrapped in nothing but some cling film and the boxes had broken open in transit, with the consequent damage to several tiles.”
