“Arrived broken, emailed twice, 1st email the day they were delivered as instructed on the email, no reply. Shame really as we were going to order outdoor tiles for a huge area but will go else where now”

“Drive 100 miles to Cooke t tiles as could not source them locally - chose Collection day and they were waiting for me - they are being applied tomorrow so can’t comment t on what they look like up yet”

“Fab service and tiles. Free delivery as spent over the amount required. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because getting the sample tiles was pretty pricey due to delivery costs.”

“I absolutely love the tile samples I received. What is putting me off is the delivery charge when ordering. I only require one or two packs and so an £45 delivery charge on top of the price of the tiles is putting me off.”

“I ordered 3 samples and they arrived quickly, very well packed and free of charge, which I thought was excellent service. However, when I tried to order 2 boxes of the Dante tiles, the delivery charge was £85 , which was unacceptable. If my postcode is out of your area, then you should not have sent out the samples...I am on the mainland!”

“Packaging was terrible. Tiles arrived broken. Sample of 1 tile was so small it wouldn't really help to give us an idea of it in the room. Glad we didn't have to pay for it, but it also doesn't build confidence to have a larger order of tiles delivered.”

“We made the right choice! The tiles look amazing but they're in place above our oven. Shame the delivery costs same as them tiles, but so worth the additional cost to get what we wanted, opposed to settling for a compromise”

“Full palette of tiles arrived completely smashed and damaged. Contacted customer services who were really helpful. Organised for a new palette to be delivered the next day which came undamaged. Was really disheartened at first but great customer service who sorted the problem straight away”

“Really pleased with my new downstairs loo floor. Look very stylish. Good quality, feel good under foot. Loo not quite finished being decorated but have added a photo of project so far. We actually have a while unopened box left. Is there anyway if returning, without any cost?”
