“Great selection, but on the more expensive side”

“Tiles were delivered on pallet shrunk wrapped. I opened the pack for the first time yesterday only to find that the bottom pack 2 tiles are definately damaged. Obviously this is outside your 48 time limit. It hopefully will not be a problem since i did order 4 more tiles than I needed also 50% need to be cut so should not be a problem. All in all a good deal if there are not any more issues as I start to use them from the stack.”

“Beautiful tiles, not enough tiles sent with original order,so everything on stop. Double check your delivery. After saying that tile co have done everything to put it right. Would recommend.”

“Maindelivery very good - then ran short and ordered more - guys very helpful and sent quickly but one box almost entirely chipped off the corders - however used thes for offcuts so mostly managed. Stll short of the last few and sent photo of broken ones and they sent replacements to arrive following day. Customer service excellent - 5 star. Just a shame some arrived broken.”

“The website is very easy to use and very happy with the amount of choices. Got samples and that really helped me making my choice. Extremely happy with the product i received!! Only problem was the delivery, i've been charged £60 and i think it's a little bit excessive for 5 packs of small tiles.”

“Tiles arrived well packaged and as informed. The unfortunate couple of faulty tiles were replaced instantly with great customer service. The only reason for the 4 stars not 5 is that delivery was quite pricey. However, they were the tiles I wanted and I’m pleased with my purchase.”

“Good communication re: delivery. One damaged box leading to a couple of broken tiles. Since the pallet was left on the drive whilst I was at work I was unable to check them over before accepting delivery. Otherwise, recommended.”

“Easy to do business with, good website and tiles received are lovely quality. There were some issues with the delivery, the tiles ordered were all packed into a single box that was probably too heavy for the Fed Ex courier as it arrived very battered and half of the tiles were broken. Was easy to request replacements and these were delivered without damage a couple of days later, so excellent aftersales support. Possibly a bit more thought on the original shipment / packaging - maybe 2 or 3 packages would have saved tile.co.uk the cost of replacements. Overall excellent service and would have no hesitation to use again and recommend.”

“Mark up on tiles is huge (as discovered when wrong invoice was sent to me), but that said the tiles are lovely. More blue than green, so photos need some work for accuracy.”

“Easy to use website, ordering was straightforward and price reasonable. Unfortunately tiles were damaged in transit but as soon as this was reported 2 replacement boxes were sent by FedEx and arrived 2 days later. Luke on customer service was quick to respond and helpful.”

“The tile sample was very good quality but I am not yet sure if it is exactly the colour I want , I have previously ordered another tile sample which I will look at again which .as be more suitable”
