“Shpping at tight spot is very easy .the only thing is I've purchased a lot of items the last 6 months usually the frist wear is the last wear . They all seem to run so easy that's why the only time I purchase is when there is a very good sell that way I'm not losing a lot of money . The body suits how ever are a big loss u give 24 to 40 for one you expect to get to wear it more than a hour you would think you would at least get 4 or 5 wears out of it be for you have to toss it .in the last 6 months I have had to toss 15 pairs of hose an one body suit away .it starts to add up after awhile don't matter how good the sell ..”

“I really liked the quality of the hold-ups, however I had a very unpleasant evening out at a social wearing them as the just kept slipping down. I had to continue going to the ladies’ room to pull them up in order to avoid what could have been a very embarrassing incident. I am really disappointed as the quality is otherwise excellent. I wear hold ups from M&S regularly, without any problems.”

“I placed the order last Friday 18/11 and was hoping it would have arrived today . Next time I’ll pay more and do the express delivery as the delivery is very slow .”

“Ordering was great, shipped out in 3 days. Then I saw were it left Jersey. Finally saw that it made it to the US. I sent a note to tight spot, fast reply that it should be 7-10 working days. I couldn’t get an update until it made it to the town I live in. About about 16 days. Tracking was tough on this end. Stockings are good, first pair black oily seam stockings had a rough spot weave in them and did run but it could have just been an imperfection not caught in quality. It will not keep me from ordering again though. Pretty true to size. Only real issue was not knowing where they were in the delivery cycle. Some issue could have been on this side of the pond!”

“This was my second order. You just informed me that the order was shipped (Thank you) and I’m now waiting for it to arrive. Your website is well done… even beautiful. On my first order I purchased only one $14 item for my wife (and paid the shipping) which came quickly. But the “one size” was too small. That was my fault. I thought that meant “one size fits all”. Once I discovered your size charts I found them to be excellent but I didn’t see it initially. I would suggest you don’t have a category called one size but rather call it “smaller sizes” for us men who don’t usually order women’s clothing. My biggest issue was that your return/exchange policy is not easy to understand. I wondered if your policy might be purposefully difficult so people give up. That’s what I did. I chose to surrender the $20 I paid for the first order. I submitted another order for almost $200 because the items were beautifully represented in your websites. I am trusting I will not be disappointed in the items beauty and fit. I will submit another review after my wife sees and tries on her items. I will honestly share my opinion of whether they match or even exceed the website descriptions. If I were to guide you… I would suggest you learn from Amazon’s return policies and how easy they make it. If any of my second purchases are disappointing and I need to pursue a return I know I’ll have to work to understand how to do it including whether or how much I will be penalized to make that happen. In my giving up on trying to exchange the first item… I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out your policy and still I don’t understand it. Among others this is unclear? > Am I responsible for the postage? > Do I lose some of the money I paid because I needed to return it? > Is there an easy way to make an EXCHANGE to get the same item in a larger size? > Is there a simpler method to return items or will I just have to give up again (and never order from your website again.) I am hoping for a positive experience when I receive and inspect the items.”

“Very quick delivery. If only the bodystocking had wider arms this would be a great garment. Difficult to put on without over stretching, therefore does not help with longevity. If you have skinny arms you will be ok.”

“Miss Naughty Oily Look & Feel Shiny Lace Top Seamless Crotchless Tights, what a failure they were just like normal tights. No shine, no oily feel or look. nothing like the picture on the packet and the opening was barely usable and certainly not for any naughtiness! The site was good and ordering was easy with good updates.”

“Ordered these seamless tights but they are made for someone with slender legs and no bottom. Picture on the packet is deceiving as it shows that the tights go up to your waist, which they do not. The depth from the crotch and the top of the tights is far too small to go over your bottom, so not a very good fit at all. Someone needs to re-design them so they are of similar size to normal tights. Won't buy them again, not fit for purpose.”
